    It depends on several different factors:
    1)  Whether or not you have a merchant account set up.
    2)  The functionality of the shopping cart.  You can purchase several different shopping carts with different options and different functions.
    3)  There are options that are much less costly using a side company's credit card processing, where they usually take approximately 9% off the sale.

  • What are POP EMail Addresses, and why is it good to have an unlimited supply?
    POP Email addresses are an Internet Email address that needs a program, like Outlook Express to retrieve the mail.  The great thing about having unlimited POP email addresses is that you can set up different accounts for different departments, band members, or whatever.  (i.e. Sales@YourName.Com, TechSupport@YourName.Com, You@YourName.Com, etc...)  Some companies charge around $5.00 for each additional email address, but not KindHosting.  We give you an unlimited supply!

  • When are my payments due?
    Payments are automatically charged to your credit card on a schedule based upon completion of your initial design concept.

  • Do I have to pay for the first monthly payment, since I paid the initial startup fee?
    No, you don't need to pay your first payment until the month after completion of your website.
